Dining & drinks

Mariachi music and colorful surroundings set the mood for an experience in refined, authentic regional Mexican cuisine.  Signature dishes include the Caldo de Mariscos, a southwestern bouillabaisse, Ceviche de Mariscos Marinera, and guacamole made tableside.  Children's menu available as well.

Adobe Grill is located on the upper level of the Plaza and is known throughout the Valley for the best margaritas in town, served in over-sized, hand-blown glassware from Guadalajara.  Open daily for dinner, and for lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in season.  Live jazz trio Friday nights and live mariachi music Saturday through Thursday.

Whether lounging by the main pool or sitting courtside, the traditional American fare at Centre Court Café perfectly hits the spot. Our bright and cheery yellow umbrellas create the ideal setting to enjoy casual snacks, burgers, and cocktails.

Twenty 6 serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner year-round and features a new bar/lounge, a redesigned dining area, and a semi-private dining room.  A main attraction and place to socialize is the patio inviting guests to gather around over a drink or a meal - capturing fantastic desert weather.
